Proper Documentation: MAKE SURE IDENTIFICATION IS VAILD, AND ACCURATE .

  Option A : U.S Passport Book. Passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Check your passport (Get my passport here)
Option B:  U.S. Birth Certificate (original or certified copy) and Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License)

Highly recommended travel suggestions

  • We advise all  attendees to arrive to Florida at least one day before our set sail date on Aug 8th 2026. (We have a set group pre cruise hotel and transfers which is available for you as an add on.)
  • You are responsible for getting your flight to and from Orlando Florida if you need it to get to Florida. (Airport MCO)

Booking procedures

  1. Group Registration-Submit your booking registration for your cabin.
  2. You will be given a exclusive link to lock in your travel deposit for the cabin of your choice.
  3. Welcome to the group info will come, as well as a payment plan for you.
  4. Let us take care all the fun and magic. 

Terms &Policies

Travel Documents

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our . Terms and Conditions. 

  • All payments made for group registration to Movacay LLC are  non-refundable and non-transferable. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and/or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. 
  • All Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make you lock in your group registration and travel deposit  today at this price to be locked in.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • All travel funds must be paid in full on final payment date. Your trip is subject to cancelation if funds are not paid on time.

Travel Documents

  1. Will there be a group hotel?    There is currently a main hotel the group is using one day prior to the cruise. ( You may join us based on availability)
  2. Will there be flight assistance?  No, Movacay is not providing any flight assistance for this group trip. We recommend all cruise guests arrive to Orlando (MCO airport) at least one day before the cruise.
  3. Will there be transfers included?  They will be offered for people at an additional cost  that are staying at our pre cruise hotel.
  4. Are the gratuities included in the price? No. It is an option to add and pre pay for. It is up to you if you want to pre pay or pay later. 
  5. Will there be  group excursions? YES,  It will be announced and is optional.
  6. Is a passport required? No, but it's highly recommended. On this cruise you can board with a particular birth certificate. (Get your passport)
  7. Is travel protection included in this price.  No, However we highly suggest you getting travel protection. Anything could happen and your trip should be protected.  (View Allianz for suggestions.)
