We mainly service cruise and all-inclusive vacations. This could be a cruise or all-inclusive groups, We also service custom trips that you may want for a birthday etc.
Yes, we take care of destination wedding travel bookings for cruises and all-inclusive resorts. A consultation call is required for destination weddings. We are not wedding planners. We help you decide on the best all inclusive or cruise wedding choice and take we take care of all the room accommodations and payment plans for your entire group etc. We will be sure you are connected to your on site wedding planner.
Yes, we offer payment plans. Unless it's past final payment already, in that case the client would need to pay in full or use travel financing which we can share with the client. Most of your All inclusive trips will need to be paid in full 45 days before travel,(pending if you have flights attached.) Most cruises must be paid in full 90 days prior to sailing.
This will all be determined if you picked proper travel protection when you locked in your trip. Some trips have cancel for any reason protection, some have voucher protection that you can pay for in case something happens. Some clients prefer additional support and choose to pay for additional coverage for medical etc. Movacay can suggest different protections based on your vacation. Without protection your trip is subject to penalties if canceled or changed. If not, you are subject to all penalties.
All prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. This means the prices of the trip can fluctuate. You want to be ready to make a deposit as soon as possible. Within the week, if the trip is in advance. If you trip is very close you want to be able to make a deposit within
24-48 (This includes high holiday or summer seasons as well) As these prices tend to change often.) Also as per Movacay policy, if there is no communication at all made within a week's time, your trip will be archived.
Most of the travel brands, accept the following.( VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.) ( Some brands of travel don't accept Discover.) So, it's good to at least have another option. All payments will be processed by your advisor for the destination you decide on. All clients will get get a conformation that will reflect the trip they purchased.
We do not accept Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, checks, or money orders.(For Travel bookings)
-If Movacay provides your group with T-shirts or a swag bag, Zelle maybe accepted for this these type of extras.
Depending on which trip you decided to take with Movacay.
If you placed a custom inquire, you will pay your service fee for the particular service you wanted when you submitted your inquire.
Any payment from that point will depend on the trip you are taking. Most trips you will submit a credit card authorization when you make payments.( The travel supplier will reflect on your statement) For individual travel you will be sent an invoice.
Things like custom weddings and very large groups may have a booking page.
If you join one of Movacay's advertised group trips, there is No service fee and everything else applies the same way.
