Booking procedures

  1. Schedule a call- Schedule a special occasion consultation call. We will discuss your wants and desires for you and your guests, so we can see what may be the best path for you.(This step is optional and complimentary) 
  2. Submit your Inquiry- Document with more details, proper dates, budget etc.
  3. Service Fee - Service fee sent and returned paid for services to take place.
  4. Get a quote -  Work with Movacay to select the best venue for your special occasion trip
  5. Approval of quote- Let Movacay start to take care of your trip or your group/guests, 
  6. Movacay support- Continuous support during the process. Based on your request and needs you asked for.
  7. Your Magical day
