Booking procedures
- Submit your cabin deposit: Click link below and SCROLL TO " LET'S BOOK" in red. This ensures you are with the correct group.
- Book the cabin type you would like and review each levels terms and conditions for Virgin Voyages. (Flex pay will present a travel fiance options that will pay it in full, and set your payment plan. If you do the normal deposit Movacay will set you up with a set payment plan.
- Get your booking number from Virgin Voyages. EMAIL ME AT Movacay@gmail.com WITH YOUR FULL NAME AND BOOKING NUMBER. I WANT TO MAKE SURE I HAVE THE CORRECT BOOKING NUMER TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE GROUP. Within 24- 72 business days you will receive an email from Movacay confirming inclusion in the group.
- Group Registration- Your second payment is your group registration. Paid on a separate invoice.Which must be paid to be part of the group events, etc. Group registration is non-refundable and non transferable. ($100 pp) (This payment is not collected at the same time as your travel deposit.)
- Welcome email and confirmation will come during this process, and continual communication about your adventure.

Cancellation Policy
- See above Virgin's new booking policy, you will see this screen when you check out.
- If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Cancel after the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time. (EXCEPTION SHOWN ABOVE: Pending what level you choose at check out.)
- Booking being made between 120 or less will require pay in full.
- All cabins are priced based on market rates; group rates are not available.
- Bookings are made under the current promotion, which determines the perks you receive, such as onboard credit.
- Adding someone to your cabin after booking will result in the cabin being repriced at the current market rate. If you anticipate having a cabin mate, book at double occupancy.

Travel Documents
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of Movacay . Terms and Conditions.
- All payments made for group registration to Movacay LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and/or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
- All Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your deposit to lock in your travel price today.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- You must ensure your roommate, If applicable, is also making timely monthly payments, as the room must be fully paid in full to avoid cancelation.
- All travel funds must be paid in full on final payment date. Your trip is subject to cancelation if funds are not paid on time.
