We advise all attendees to arrive to Cancun before 4pm local time. on June 27th. (Cancun is the main airport- CUN)
You are responsible for getting your flights.
Packing list will be provided once you are offically booked.

Booking procedures

Group Registration-Submit your booking registration for your cabin. This ensures you are part of the room taking care of group activities etc.
You will be given a exclusive link to lock in your travel deposit for your room of your choice. (This locks you into your room)

Travel Documents

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our . Terms and Conditions.

All payments made for group registration to Movacay LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and/or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
All Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make you lock in your group registration and travel deposit today at this price to be locked in.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
All travel funds must be paid in full on final payment date. Your trip is subject to cancelation if funds are not paid on time.

Will there be a group hotel? There is currently a main hotel the group is using one day prior to the cruise. ( You may join us based on availability)
Will there be flight assistance? No, Movacay is not providing any flight assistance for this group trip. We recommend all cruise guests arrive to Cancun (CUN airport) prior to 4pm ESt.
Will there be transfers included? They will be offered for people who are staying the entire time.
Are their any additional costs.? No. the resort will place a hold on your card for incidentals.
Will there be group excursions? YES, It will be announced and is optional.
Is a passport required? Yes. You must have an active passport to attend this trip.Passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Ensure you have your vaild passport on time. (Get your passport)
Is travel protection included in this price. No, However we highly suggest you getting travel protection. Anything could happen and your trip should be protected. (View Allianz for suggestions.)
